Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Financial Stability Blueprint Program
- Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in the Financial Stability Blueprint Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nadia Venditti.
- Program Description: The Financial Stability Blueprint Program is an online program designed to provide participants with financial literacy, tools, and resources to improve their financial stability and success.
- Lifetime Access: Unlimited access to content and updates for the lifetime of the program. The offer of access to content and updates is subject to the lifetime of the product. Access will cease if Nadia Venditti no longer sells or owns the product.
- Eligibility: Participation in the program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and individuals seeking to improve their financial literacy are encouraged.
- Payment and Refunds: Payment for the program is due upon enrolment. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, by email to hello@nadiavenditti.com with the reason. Change of mind is not a reason for refund.
- Intellectual Property: All program materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, templates, and guides, are the intellectual property of Nadia Venditti and are protected by copyright law. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share program materials without prior written consent from Nadia Venditti.
- Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while participating in the program and Facebook. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive by Nadia Venditti may result in immediate termination of access to the program without refund.
- Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the program, including but not limited to discussions, strategies, and participant experiences.
- Disclaimer: The information provided in the Financial Stability Blueprint Program is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, legal, or professional advice. Nadia Venditti is not liable for any actions taken by participants based on the information provided in the program.
- Limitation of Liability: Nadia Venditti shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the participation in the program.
- Modification of Terms: Nadia Venditti reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any changes to the terms via email or through the program platform.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
